Terms of Sale – Avelora

Article 1 – Purpose These terms govern sales made on avelora.fr between Avelora and any consumer (the "Customer"), regardless of country of residence among the destinations we serve (France, United Kingdom, United States).

Article 2 – Price Prices are displayed in the currency corresponding to the selected delivery country (EUR, GBP, or USD), tax included where applicable. Avelora reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

Article 3 – Order Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Sale. The sale is concluded upon payment validation.

Article 4 – Right of withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification. This period is extended to 30 days under Avelora's refund policy, offered as a commercial courtesy to all customers regardless of country of residence.

Article 5 – Delivery Delivery times are indicative and vary by destination (see our Shipping & Returns page). Avelora cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs procedures.

Article 6 – Disputes In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. For customers residing in France or the European Union, French law applies. For customers residing outside the European Union, these terms do not exclude any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in their country of residence.
