Refund policy

Right of withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision. As a commercial courtesy, Avelora extends this to 30 days for all customers regardless of country of residence.

To exercise this right, contact us at contact@avelora.fr before the deadline expires.

Return conditions Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Any product returned incomplete, damaged, or used cannot be refunded.

Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Refund Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If the return is accepted, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Defective or damaged products If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at contact@avelora.fr with a photo of the product. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Order cancellation You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped by our logistics partners and can no longer be cancelled.

Out of stock / unavailability In the exceptional case that an ordered product becomes unavailable from our suppliers, Avelora reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund within 5 business days.
